WHAT YOU NEED?
You will need to provide photographic and documentary evidence of your name and address which must match the information on the membership form. The I.D. required to become a member is a passport or drivers licence and a current utility bill (<6 months old) for address verification. Confirmation of PPSN number also required.
Don’t forget to advise us of any change of address.
